Did Obama's Cousin Cut a Deal to Protect Terrorists?

So, I'm all over the internet this morning wondering why the media hasn't gotten an answer for us on this one.  Is Kenya's new Prime Minister Ralia Odinga really Barack Obama's cousin?  I hadn't even heard about this guy until I took a look at a posted article on Real Clear Politics.  This story does raise some real questions, I wonder if anyone will answer them?

If you recall, a few months back Obama interupted a press conference to take a call from Odinga.  Odinga claims to be Obama's cousin but no news organization has bothered to look into that, all they say is that Odinga was from the same tribe as Obama's late father.  Odinga mentioned his relationship to Obama in an interview with the BBC.  (Listen Here)

Odinga recently lost his own quest to be President of Kenya.   (Odinga was running on a similar platform as Obama, check out his website )  Well this guy Odinga eventually accepted a position as Prime Minister.  Here is the issue, while running for President this guy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a group of Muslims in order to get their endorsement.  Part of this Memorandum of Understanding was that Odinga would enforce Shariah Law.  Lots of bloggers have written about Shariah Law, so do your research on that, what concerns me is Section V, Part (f) which states:

No Muslim residing in Kenya whether a citizen, visitor or relative of any of the above shall be subjected to any process involving the laws of a foreign country and in particular any Muslim arrested for or suspected of Terrorism or any other International crime shall only be tried within the boarders of Kenya...

If this guy is truly Obama's cousin why isn't the press all over this story on how he was planning to create a sanctuary for alleged Terrorists?  Take a look at the document yourself.  Memorandum of Understanding

It is possible Mr. Odinga is Mr. Obama's cousin. It is documented that Vice President Cheyney also is Mr. Obama's cousin. No doubt Mr. Obama has hundreds of cousins scattered around the world given his multi-ethnic heritage. Are you suggesting that Mr. Obama is personally accountable for the views of every one of them?

I don't think Obama should be held accountable for every cousin in the world he has. But I do think he should be held accountable to people that he considers so important to stop a press conference to talk to. If he is associating with the man in a positive manner, as it seems, then there should be some real concern about Obama. But it's already getting too late - there is a lot of real concern about Obama from both democrats and republicans. On top of concern over Obama's friends and associates like this one and Ayers and Rev Wright and Resko and Farrakan, etc., Obama's wife, Michelle is not fit to be first lady. She does not behave like anyone with common decensy and respect. She said she wants to rip Bill Clinton's eyes out which then she tried to cover that statement up with "Kidding!" But in reality, I don't think she was kidding. Bill Clinton has done much for this country creating millions of jobs, the peace, prosperity, and the reduction in National Debt - all amazing things - I would never say I want to rip his eyes out. Also, recently reported, Michelle will not let Hillary be Obama's VP. Michelle hates the Clintons so much that she has taken over Obama's decisions - what will she do in the white house? I am starting to think that Obama will be the puppet and Michelle will be the evil puppet master. On top of that, Hillary is a great person, candidate for president, and has gotten a lot of support by millions of voters, she should be considered for the VP slot - probably offered it if Obama wants to unify the party around him. On second thought, I would rather have a McCain - Clinton ticket - 2 patriots who care about this country. 2 people who can show that Republicans and Democrats can work together and throw Obama's message of working with Republicans out the door. If Hillary and McCain would unite, they would gather all of the moderate voters in the country which is most people. Those 2 can compromise on issues in the white house and form bipartism policies that the country would benefit from greatly.

Google "Obama + Odinga" There's a good bit there.

The Clintons gave us 8 years of Bush, because voters no longer trusted Bill and therefore did not trust Gore enough to come out and vote for him. Things have changed a lot since then. While Hillary Clinton was in PA she accused Bush of being responsible for a magnet company moving to China. It was actually Bill Clinton that was in office when the deal was made. (See ABC news about Magnequench, a Valparaiso, Ind., factory that moved to China.) Bill has money invested in businesses that have taken jobs from America to over seas. Those jobs are not coming back. Also Hillary wants to make it a mandatory law that all Americans have health insurance. She believes that everyone can afford it. See the Massachusetts Health Care Plan. I don't want the government telling me what I can afford. Better yet, I don't rich people telling me what I can afford.

This is crazy...Obama has many cousins, as earlier stated. Odinga has a long history of fighting for the poor and standing up for injustices...the man was a political prisoner for six years. Odinga's brother is actually married to my husband's first cousin...My husband is also a Luo (same tribe as Obama)...I hope those of you who are suspicious of Barack because of his Kenyan ties are nicer to my eight year old son when he runs for president in 2035...man, what does it take to be an American? I thought being born and bred in the US was all it took, apparently not! Let us not forget that when Barack took the call, Kenya was in complete chaos...Jendayi Frazier was in Kenya trying to broker a peace deal and it ultimately took the efforts of Kofi Annan to bring it to a close. Barack is well respected in Kenya and he recorded a radio message that was played to ALL Kenyans asking them to work towards peace. Barack was asked to do this...and was given the blessing of Conoleezza Rice... They were desparate for ANY type of intervention.

The question is, why does Barack Obama refuse to comment? He's never ever ever ever ever clarified what business he had with Odinga that clearly suggested some sort of political allegience.
